Yummy Vegan Calzones

Yesterday was World Vegan Day, National Calzone Day and a bunch of other special days. Guess November 1 seems like a good day to celebrate.

Happy First Day of Fall. Here’s to a season of pumpkin spice, crunchy leaves, sweaters and comfort food.

This is so true… Yesterday we were in a parking lot, when I noticed the beautiful view just to my left. After taking a quick photo, I said a quick thank-you for the many blessings in my life, including living in my little corner of the world. 🌎

Happy Sunday 💜
